However, during an off-season, males tend not to spend money on Anavar because they just don’t notice any worthy results in terms of size and strength because of the mildness of Anavar. Females, on the other hand, can benefit from Anavar during the bulking season and make it worth their while. Although Anavar doesn’t enable them to put on a lot of muscle mass, they can add more lean muscle tissue to their physique.

results you can expect to see will depend on whether you’re cutting or bulking. Anavar comes in a pill form, making it an oral steroid and it gets to work within your body extremely fast, so you may notice some of the small changes in your physique quite quickly.
The dosage for most males is between 50 and 100 mg of Anavar per day. These dosages are for men in a cutting period, the dosages for those in an off-season may be different and vary a lot because it is quite rare to find someone on an Anavar cycle during this time because of reasons you’ve learnt about earlier on. For a female, the dosage would be 10-20mg per day for a 6 week period before cycling off it to avoid Anavar side effects and to maximise the benefits.

Remember, you can just revert the side effects by stopping your cycle as soon as you notice any side effects.
